Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $300 CAD
• $20 CAD flat-rate shipping on orders under $300 CAD

The free shipping threshold is calculated after any promo code discounts are applied and before taxes.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location within Canada. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Packaging

All orders are securely packaged with temperature-appropriate materials and desiccant packs to maintain product stability during transit. Packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all orders. Once your order has been placed, you can track it using the order lookup page.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. Peptide Depot is not responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If a shipment is returned due to address issues, it may be reshipped only after the customer pays all associated return and reship fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca within 72 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
