What are research peptides?▼
Research peptides are synthetic amino acid chains used exclusively for scientific research and laboratory purposes. They act as signaling molecules that support various biological processes. All products sold by Peptide Depot are strictly intended for research use only and are not for human consumption.
Are your peptides tested for purity?▼
Yes. Every batch undergoes third-party laboratory testing to verify purity and identity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request — email us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca.
Where are your peptides sourced from?▼
Our peptides are manufactured by certified laboratories that follow strict quality control and safety protocols to ensure consistent, research-grade quality.
Are your products legal to purchase in Canada?▼
Yes. All products we sell are legal to purchase in Canada for research purposes. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations.
Storage & Handling
How should peptides be stored?▼
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended. Once reconstituted, peptides must be refrigerated and used promptly.
What is the shelf life of lyophilized peptides?▼
Most lyophilized peptides remain stable for 12–24 months when stored properly in sealed vials at the recommended temperature.
Can peptides be frozen?▼
Lyophilized (powder) peptides can be frozen for extended storage. However, reconstituted peptides should not be frozen as this can degrade their integrity.
How are peptides reconstituted?▼
Reconstitution should only be performed by qualified researchers using bacteriostatic water or appropriate sterile solvents under aseptic conditions. General handling guidance is included with all orders.

What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Interac e-Transfer, and cryptocurrency.
Can I cancel or modify my order?▼
To request a cancellation or modification, contact us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made before your order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final.
Is there a limit on how much I can order?▼
There are no strict order limits. If you need larger quantities for your research, contact us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca to discuss bulk pricing.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?▼
Shipping is a $20 CAD flat rate. Orders over $300 CAD qualify for free shipping.
Do you ship across Canada?▼
Yes, we ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. All orders are shipped with tracking provided.
How long does shipping take?▼
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within Canada.
Do you ship internationally?▼
At this time, we only ship within Canada.
How are peptides packaged for shipping?▼
All orders are securely packaged with temperature-appropriate materials and desiccant packs to maintain product stability during transit. Packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.
What if my package is lost or damaged?▼
Contact us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca within 72 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?▼
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Replacements are considered only for verified transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 72 hours of delivery.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?▼
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address. Peptide Depot is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information. If a shipment is returned, it may be reshipped only after the customer pays all associated return and reship fees.
